Sudan 'repulses' rebel attack

"Sudan's government says it has halted an attack on the country's capital by hundreds of rebels from Darfur.

The claim came after a curfew was clamped on Khartoum following clashes between government forces and fighters from the Justice and Equality Movement (Jem) in an area north of the city".

La situazione in Khartoum, dove viviamo, e' sempre stabile, cosi' come nella zona dell'ospedale.
Il governo ha protratto il coprifuoco fino alle 10, poi si sapra' sicuramente qualche cosa di piu'.
Poche notizie arrivano invece da Omdurman, dove si sono verificati gli scontri.
Ieri sera ho potuto verificare che tutte le sister dell'ICU che abitano in quella zona stanno bene, cosi' come le loro famiglie.
